The Treasurer's responsibilities include receiving and depositing all funds due to the county, and keeping an Appropriation Expenditure Ledger, a General Ledger and a Bond Ledger. The Payroll Clerk's responsibilities include payroll of all county employees including county sheriff's office and deductions from paychecks for various insurance, child support, state, city SS etc.
